Formed in 1988, primarily as a structural engineering consultancy, TBA Periti offers its services to local architectural and civil engineering practices, in the solution of specific civil and structural engineering problems, related to low- and high-rise construction, as well as to large-span industrial buildings, and road bridges.
Nowadays, TBA Periti has broadened its activities, in line with the developing interests of the partners, and of the partnership’s staff resources, particularly in the areas of architectural design, rehabilitation of heritage buildings, assessment and repair of structures as well as project and construction management and cost control.
Throughout the years, TBA Periti has worked on various renowned projects. These include the Interventions within the Grandmasters’ Crypt of St John’s Co‐Cathedral which was awarded the Prix d’Honneur in the Din l-Art Helwa Awards for Architectural Heritage. In addition, the new Farsons corporate offices with its main staircase which received the inaugural Premju Emanuele Galizia, Civil Engineering Excellence Award, from the Kamra Tal‐Periti in 2018.
Another project close to our office is the Life Sciences Park and similarly the ICT University faculty building, the former, with its striking design for an office building within an industrial context and the latter with its smart and well detailed façade with its custom made main entrance.
